Brentford confirm 21 players away on international duty; Schade and Janelt face tight recovery windows before facing Aston Villa.
#BrentfordFC #FPL This international break is creating very different recovery windows within the same squad. Brentford confirm 21 players are away across the extended window. Among them, Michael Kayode, Mikkel Damsgaard, Kristoffer Ajer, Aaron Hickey and Caoimhín Kelleher are each scheduled for four international fixtures. Germany, however, have deliberately split their four Nations League games across two squads: Kevin Schade: first block, 24–27 Sept Vitaly Janelt: second block, 1–4 Oct Both could face Aston Villa in GW6. Assuming no schedule changes, Schade may have around 13 days to recover from his final international; Janelt only six. Same club. Same international window. Very different exposure and recovery profiles.
