Erling Haaland has called on Manchester City fans to “stick together” after the club was found guilty of almost all charges relating to breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules. Speaking to the English media for the first time since the commission’s decision was announced, while neither Haaland or broadcaster Sky Sports mentioned the charges explicitly, the Norway international told supporters: “No matter what happens in life, we always have to have a smile”.
