RT @iMiaSanMia: Manchester United head of scouting Christopher Vivell had been considered the leading candidate to succeed Nils Schmadtke at Bayern. But that possibility has now cooled. Christoph Freund has been tasked with finding a successor to Schmadtke. He knows Vivell very well from their time together at RB Salzburg, and the two have a strong personal and professional relationship. However, Max Eberl, who technically is higher than Freund in the club’s hierarchy, is not convinced by the idea of bringing in yet another key decision-maker from the Red Bull network [@kessler_philipp, @mano_bonke]
